1. Warranty period :
This binocular is hereby guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one full year from the date of purchase.


2. Warranty registration:
To maintain the warranty rights under Section 1, please register online at www.fujifilm-xspace.com within 7 days from the date of purchase (To effect the warranty, online registration at www.fujifilm-xspace.com must be completed within 7 days from the date of purchase without any alterations).

3. Impact of non-compliance:
Failure to comply with the above conditions will automatically void the warranty.

4. Warranty exceptions:
This warranty does not cover batteries and accessories not manufactured by FUJIFILM Ltd.

5. Damage from improper use:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, such as water damage or dropping, or if the camera is repaired by a person or organization not authorized by FUJIFILM Ltd. (This warranty does not cover repair or replacement of parts damaged by misuse or as a result of normal wear and tear, or if the Binocular is tampered with or repaired by any unauthorized organization without prior consent from FUJIFILM Ltd.).

6. Warranty scope:
This warranty applies only to Fujifilm brand products imported to Thailand by FUJIFILM (Thailand) Ltd. and sold by authorized distributors and/or dealers.

7. International guarantee :
This warranty is valid worldwide and service must be performed by an authorized Fujifilm distributor as specified in the International Warranty Card.
