This document is a Privacy Notice of Fujifilm (Thailand) Co., Ltd. under the brand name "Fujifilm" or brands affiliated with Fujifilm (the "Company"). The Company recommends that you read and understand this document in detail as it explains the treatment of your personal data, such as collection, use, disclosure, and your rights.
To inform you of the Company's personal data protection measures in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562
1. Personal information
Refers to information about the person who registered to purchase the Fujifilm X100VI 90th Limited edition that can identify the user or may identify that user, either directly or indirectly.
In the case of registrants, the Company may collect additional personal information.
(Depending on the terms and conditions of each activity) including:
- First name-Last name
- telephone number
- National ID card number
- age
- Social media URL link
2. Collection of personal data
The Company will collect personal data of registrants upon prior consent from the user through one of the user's activities.
3. Purpose of collecting personal data
The Company will collect personal information only for the following purposes:
- For the purpose of contacting for registration and/or
- To receive marketing information
4. Management and protection of personal data
The Company's management and protection of personal data shall be under the management and protection of personal data.

4.3 Establishing a register of personal data management and enforcing appropriate restrictions on access to personal data and implementing appropriate and reasonable security measures to prevent access to, leakage, destruction or alteration of personal data.
5. Period for storing your personal data
The Company will retain your personal data for a period of 18 months from the date on which your personal data was collected by the Company or its agents. The Company will not retain your personal data for longer than the period we deem necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, except in cases where we are required by law to retain such data for a longer period.
6. Use and disclosure of personal information
The Company shall not use or disclose personal information other than for the purposes for which it was collected in accordance with Section 3 and shall not disclose it to any third party, except in the following cases:
- Obtain prior consent from the owner of personal data
- To prevent or suppress danger to the life, body or health of a person.
- It is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into that contract.
- It is necessary for the performance of duties in the public interest of the Company or for the performance of duties authorized by the State.
- It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company.
- It is in compliance with the law.
7. The Company may disclose personal information of website users to the following persons or agencies:
- Affiliated companies and companies in the group of the Company
- The Company's service providers to comply with the purposes of collecting personal information under Section 3, such as improving the website, allocating orders for the Fujifilm X100VI 90th Limited edition, including providing marketing information, etc.
- When we disclose your personal data, we will take steps to ensure that the recipient will protect your privacy, keep your personal data secure and process it within the scope of this document and as required by law. This may include entering into appropriate contracts with third parties.
8. Rights of personal data owners
8.1 In the event that you consent to the Company collecting, using or disclosing your personal information, you may revoke your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information at any time by notifying the Company.
8.2 You may access and request a copy of your personal data held by the Company, including requesting that the Company disclose the source of such personal data.
8.3 You may object to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data in the following cases:
- The Company collects your personal data without obtaining consent because it is necessary for the Company's performance of its public interest missions or for the exercise of government authority as assigned, or because it is necessary for the Company's legitimate interests, unless the Company has a lawful reason to collect, use or disclose such personal data, or for the establishment, compliance, exercise or defense of legal claims.
- The Company collects, uses or discloses personal information for direct marketing purposes.
- The Company collects, uses or discloses personal information for scientific, historical or statistical research purposes, except where necessary for the Company's public interest missions.
8.4 You may request the Company to delete, destroy or anonymize your personal data in the following cases:
- When your personal data is no longer necessary to be kept for the purposes for which it was collected, used or disclosed.
- When you withdraw your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data and the Company has no legal authority to continue collecting, using or disclosing your personal data.
- When you object to the collection, use or disclosure of personal data and the Company cannot refuse such request.
- When your personal data has been unlawfully collected, used or disclosed
8.5 You may request the Company to suspend the use of your personal data in the following cases:
- When the Company is in the process of verifying the currentness, completeness and non-misleadingness of your personal data.
- When your personal data is collected, used or disclosed unlawfully
- When your personal data is no longer necessary to be kept for the purposes for which it was collected, used or disclosed.
- When the Company is in the process of verifying or examining to reject the request to object to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data in accordance with Section 8.3.
8.6 You may check that your personal data is current, complete and not misleading, and if you believe that any personal data about you is not current, incomplete or misleading, you may notify the Company so that it can be corrected, changed or deleted.
9. In the event that you find any violation or breach of the Company's personal data protection or this document
You may report any breach or violation to the Company, which is the data controller.
You also have the right to file a complaint against the Personal Data Protection Committee for violations or non-compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) in accordance with the criteria stipulated by law.
10. Any request for the exercise of your rights as stated above.
This must be done in writing and the right to exercise must be exercised by contacting the Company, which is the personal data controller, as detailed in Section 11. The Company will use its best efforts to do so within a reasonable period and not exceeding the period prescribed by law.
The Company will comply with legal requirements regarding your rights as a personal data owner. The Company reserves the right to refuse your request in accordance with your rights in cases where there are reasonable grounds for refusal or where legal provisions are in force.
