Fill out the warranty form completely.
Register for product warranty within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase from a Fujifilm (Thailand) distributor is required every time.

Warranty conditions details

Fujifilm products are thoroughly inspected before being released for sale. If damaged or unusable due to factory defects, the company will happily replace them within the warranty period.
The warranty period starts from the date specified on the purchase receipt/invoice.
If the product is defective or damaged and the company has tested and found that the product is truly damaged and the product does not violate the warranty conditions, the company will be happy to immediately replace it with a new product of the same model.
To receive service, customers must bring the completed product or proof of purchase and warranty information, as well as all accessories that came with the product, such as the box, foam, manual, driver, freebies, etc. (as per the receipt).
In the event that the product is damaged and you wish to exchange it at the store within 7 days, the product, including the bag, box, packaging and other accessories, must be in the same condition as when it was first sold.
During the warranty period, if the product has been repaired elsewhere, the company reserves the right to cancel the warranty.
The company reserves the right to change products according to limited colors and models according to the company's specified conditions.
